Cancellation
Dog Walking and Drop-In Visits require 24 hours notice for any cancellation; otherwise, payment is due in full.
House Sitting bookings require 7 days notice for cancellations/modifications; otherwise, payment is due in full.
For recurring bookings payment is due by Sunday at the end of the week of service.
For house sitting and one-off drop-in visits/dog walks. payment is due within 24 hours of the last service/departure from house sitting.
Accepted methods of payment: cash and Venmo are preferred. Paypal and Zelle are also accepted.

Communication
After the initial inquiry, it is typical for communications to transfer over to text messaging, unless otherwise arranged.
We do our best to reply to all text messages as soon as possible.
